2004 Hyundai Santa Fe Timing Belt Broke. While was driving my sonata 2004 at 30miles/hour, it stopped suddenly with no warning of any kind. Did not alighn marks broke 8 valves replaced head set all timing marks and checked twice now has detination knock rechecked marks all correct any clues?

This is an interference engine so damage has already occurred if the belt has broken and someone is still cranking it over trying to start it.the recommended replacement of the timing belt is at or before 60,000 miles, normal driving. If the timing belt does go out on a hyundai car, the engine will quit.
