I have tried a few tricks and none of them seem to work. Including clicking the unlock buton on the key fob 3 times before pressing the button inside the liftgate and trying the button behind the 2nd row of seats. Check to see if there is power to the motor when you select that function.
It's A Bit Slow, But I Suppose That It's Better Than Straining Yourself Trying To Drop/R.
It works but it's not the most convenient system to use. Lift handle under 3rd row seat cushion on passenger side. If there is, the motor is the problem.

If There Was A Shoe Stuck And You Try To Prees The Swith More Than Once So It Was Stuck And You Was Trying To Force It To Go So That Can Cause A Mechanical Damage With The Seat Motor So You Need To Replace The Motor With A New One.
Step two fold the seat bottom forward. 3rd row seat will not power. Check under the seat for wiring issues (disconnected).
